4. Free-to-play — no gambling

Matchaat is a free-to-play prediction game intended for entertainment. Predictions are made for points and bragging rights only. The Service does not offer real-money wagering, betting, or cash prizes, and is not a gambling product. Any prizes described within a leaderboard are arranged independently by that leaderboard's organizer and are not provided, managed, or endorsed by Matchaat.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Create multiple or fake accounts, or manipulate scores and leaderboards.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other players, or post unlawful or offensive content.
• Use automated means to scrape, copy, or interact with the Service without permission.

6. Game rules

Gameplay, scoring, deadlines, and related mechanics are described on our Rules page and may be updated over time. We aim to apply scoring fairly and consistently, but reserve the right to correct errors and adjust scores where necessary.

7. Third-party data

Match fixtures, results, and related football data are provided by third-party sources. We do not guarantee that such data is always accurate, complete, or available, and we are not responsible for errors or delays originating from these sources.

8. Advertising

The Service is supported by advertising. By using the Service, you acknowledge that we and our advertising partners may display ads, as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, text, graphics, and logos, is owned by Matchaat and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written permission. Team names, emblems, and competition data remain the property of their respective owners.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Matchaat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
