What to include
So we can help on the first reply, please tell us:
- The username or email on your Matchaat account.
- The leaderboard or competition involved, if the question is about one.
- For a scoring question, the match and the points you expected.
- For a bug, the device and browser you were using, and a screenshot if you have one.
Scoring questions
Most scoring questions are answered by the rules page, which sets out how exact scorelines, outcome picks, and captain multipliers are counted. If a result still looks wrong after checking, email us with the match and we will review it.
Privacy and data requests
To request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account, email the address above from the address registered to the account. Our privacy policy explains what we store and for how long.
